A Grateful Heart

Admist the wreckage of a life unraveling, and in the process of deep grief, I wrote this book. Drawing on the wisdom and love of my soul family, “A Grateful Heart” is a journalling and daily ritual guide for non-yogis, or yogis who are trying to keep to a less rigid, but still consistent practice.

Every practice has a different theme including:

  • Abundance
  • The ‘Self’
  • Solitude
  • Breath
  • Vanity
  • Humility
  • Boundaries

Each practice can be used by itself, or built upon day after day to create you own personalised morning ritual. Altogether you can expect to spend a minimum of around 15 minutes, so this guide is perfect for people who are struggling to create space for some nourishment in their lives.

For those who want a challenge, it’s a well known fact that keeping to anything for 40 days will help to build new habits – and there is peer support available through the weekly ‘A Grateful Heart’ classes (see the bookable calendar) or by private invitation after purchase.

“A Grateful Heart” is available on Amazon in paperback and on Kindle e-book.
